Defining suppression rules for real-time personalization

Use the Campaign and Marketing Operations integration to make offers available for real-time personalization, and define rules to supress offers that are no longer relevant for real-time personalization.

Procedure

  1. Click Settings > Marketing Operations settings > Template Configurations > Temlates. Then click Add Template from the Offer Templates section.
  2. When you create a new template or edit a template associate a form where offer shared attributes InteractPointName and InteractPointID are exposed.
  3. Click Operations > Offers.
  4. Complete the options in the Offer suppression for real-time interactions section.

    You can choose when to suppress offers on offer acceptance, offer rejection, and offer presentation for various response types. You can also choose to suppress offers depending on the offer attributes and for how long to suppress the offer in days.
