Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns. Deliver integrates with Unica Campaign and with secure message composition, transmission, and tracking resources that are hosted by Unica.
Quick Builder
Quick Builder is the user interface for creating smart email communications with and without landing pages, wherein you can design the email messages as per your requirements using the enhanced tools available. You can also use Deliver Advanced Message Editor to create email communications with and without landing pages. Quick Builder displays communications and landing pages that were created or modified only using Quick Builder.
Personalized RCS messages
In Quick Builder, you can build RCS (Rich Communication Service) by selecting one of the available RCS templates.

  Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns. - Selecting email recipients
  If you install and enable Unica Deliver within Campaign, then you can create a list that defines the recipients for a personalized messaging campaign. The list contains the recipient information that is used to address and personalize each message. You create a recipient list by configuring a Deliver process in a Campaign flowchart.

  Unica Deliver provides message composition and personalization features that you can use to design graphically rich messages that deliver a marketing message with content that can automatically change to fit the characteristics of the message recipient.

Marketers without specific HTML editing experience can create valid, full-featured HTML email and landing pages with the editing and personalization tools in the Message Editor.

Personalized RCS messages

In Quick Builder, you can build RCS (Rich Communication Service) by selecting one of the available RCS templates.

To comply with the DLT regulations for Indian customers, the templates must be pre-approved. You must capture and pass template ID to be able to send RCS in India. You can skip to Create an RCS communication section if your RCS account is not under Indian DLT restrictions.

Currently, Deliver supports RCS only on Quick Builder and not on Message Editor.

Note: India DLT regulations specify that operators can provide responses only for transactional RCS, that is, RCS messages sent through transactional sender ID. No responses will be provided for RCS sent through promotional sender ID.

Before using RCS, ensure that you have:

Set up an RML (Route Mobile Limited) account. Contact Unica DevOps for setting up or configuring the account.
Ensure that your account is added and configured on Deliver OD. Contact Unica DevOps for configuring your account on Deliver OD.
