Unica Interact Configuration and Reporting Schema

Datasource configuration

  1. Login to Superset environment.
  2. Navigate Settings > Database Connections.
  3. Edit InteractDS.
  4. Provide password for the database user.
  5. Test the Connection.

Verifying the Setup

  1. Navigate to Dashboards.
  2. Filter Interact_Analytics, Interact, or Interact_Object_Analytics.
  3. Run the dashboard. The Dashboard must run without any error.

Reports

Report Name Description
Channel Deployment History This report provides summary of deployments to interact runtime(s) for all interaction strategies and interactive channels along with associated campaign if any.
Object-specific Reports
Channel Deployment History Object Specific This report provides summary of deployments to interact runtime(s) for all interaction strategies and specific interactive channel along with associated campaign if any.
Channel Treatment Rule Inventory This report is a list of all the treatment rules that are associated with an interactive channel.
Dashboard Reports
Interaction Point Performance This report measures the performance of each interaction point in the interactive channel across all offers and segments.

Customize your Reports

You can customize or create new Unica Interact reports using out of the box datasets. These datasets consist of database SQLs. We recommend that you do not modify existing datasets in case you want to create a new field in the same. Instead, you can make a copy and modify SQL of datasets.
