To support the Campaign and Engage integration, response tracking tables are required to store data about user responses to email, SMS, and push events.

Reasons for contact suppression

Engage sometimes does not send a message to an address for various reasons.

If Engage suppresses a message, the reason for doing so is included in the data that is downloaded from Engage. Engage provides the following reasons for contact suppression.
