Offer management
Offers are specific marketing communications that you send to groups of people, using one or more channels. Each offer is based on an offer template defined by an Administrator. You can also create offers without templates using Unica Centralized Offer Management. To create an offer without templates, contact your administrator for enabling privileges at the partition level.

- Offer management
  Offers are specific marketing communications that you send to groups of people, using one or more channels. Each offer is based on an offer template defined by an Administrator. You can also create offers without templates using Unica Centralized Offer Management. To create an offer without templates, contact your administrator for enabling privileges at the partition level.
  - Offer attributes
    Offer attributes are the information that defines an offer. Offer name, Description, and Channel are examples of offer attributes.
  - Offer versions
    An offer version is created each time you vary the parameterized attributes of an offer to create a unique combination.
  - Offer templates
    When you create an offer, you base it on an offer template. Offer templates are created in advance by an administrator.

Apache Superset Reports

In version 12.1.10, we introduced integration of Superset Reports with Unica Centralized Offer Management. Superset is a modern data exploration and data visualization platform. Superset integrates well with a variety of data sources.

Similar to IBM Cognos and Unica Insights Reports, Unica Centralized Offer Management now allows integration of Superset reports to create or view reports.

Note: Before enabling Superset reports, ensure that you have disabled Unica Insights Reports.

To access Superset reports, ensure that the report is enabled for access. To enable Superset reports, complete the following steps:

Navigate to Settings > Configuration.
In the Configuration categories section, expand Reports > Integrations > Superset.
If the value for Enabled is True, Superset is enabled for use and you can exit the Configurations menu. If the value for Enabled is False, perform the following steps:
1. Select Edit settings.
2. Change the value of Enabled to False.
3. Click Save changes.

Once enabled, you can access Superset Reports by:

Navigating to the Analysis tab of an Offer.
Accessing the Select a link dropdown box:
- Offer performance by day - The Offer performance by day report shows offer performance for a specified date or date range. It lists the number of offers given, number of response transactions and the response rate during the specified date or date range. User can filter report by the offer name and actual date.
- Offer performance summary by Campaign - The Offer performance summary by campaign report provides a summary of offer and campaign performance with campaigns grouped by the corresponding offers. It includes data such as number of offers given, number of response transactions, response rate, number of unique responders and responder rate. It also includes optional lift over control group information. User can filter report by the campaign name.
