Unica Audience Central is a centralized tool to create and maintain audience levels that can be targeted by a campaign. Unica Audience Central integrates with Unica Campaign and Unica Interact.

Unica Audience Central supports 64-bit operating systems only.

Upgrading to 25.1.0.1

If you are already on version 25.1.0,
  • perform an in-place upgrade from 25.1.0 → to 25.1.0.1.
If your existing version is 12.1.10, you can upgrade as follows:
  • Option 1 - In-place Upgrade: Perform the upgrade as mentioned in the following steps:
    • perform an in-place upgrade from version 12.1.10 to version 25.1.0.
    • perform an in-place upgrade from version 25.1.0 to version 25.1.0.1.
  • Option 2 - Fast Upgrade
    • Perform a Fast Upgrade from version 12.1.10 to 25.1.0.1 (for more information, see HCL Unica 25.1.0 Fast Upgrade Guide).
If your existing version is between 12.1.4 to 12.1.9, you can upgrade as follows:
  • Option 1 - In-place Upgrade: Perform the upgrade as mentioned in the following steps:
    • perform an in-place upgrade (if the existing version is between 12.1.4 to 12.1.9) to version 12.1.10
    • perform an in-place upgrade from version 12.1.10 to version 25.1.0.
    • perform an in-place upgrade from version 25.1.0 to version 25.1.0.1.
  • Option 2 - Fast Upgrade
    • Perform a Fast Upgrade from your existing version (if the existing version is between 12.1.4 to 12.1.9) to 25.1.0.1 (for more information, see HCL Unica 25.1.0 Fast Upgrade Guide).

Upgrading to 25.1.0

If you are already on version 12.1.10,
  • perform an in-place upgrade from 12.1.10 → 25.1.0.
If your existing version is between 12.1.4 to 12.1.9, you can upgrade as follows:
  • Option 1 - In-place Upgrade: Perform the upgrade as mentioned in the following steps:
    • perform an in-place upgrade (if the existing version is between 12.1.4 to 12.1.9) to version 12.1.10
    • upgrade from version 12.1.10 to version 25.1.0.
  • Option 2 - Fast Upgrade
    • Perform a Fast Upgrade from your existing version (if the existing version is between 12.1.4 to 12.1.9) to 25.1.0 (for more information, see HCL Unica 25.1.0 Fast Upgrade Guide).
