Database permissions
For the enterprise database that HCL Traveler supports (DB2, MySQL, SQL Server, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL), it is necessary to grant the appropriate level of permissions for running the HCL Traveler server with either automatic schema migration or DDL schema.
To run DDL scripts that come with the HCL Traveler installation, the user must be a database
administrator with sysadmin and database creation permissions.
For the automatic schema migration or DDL schema methods to work, you must assign the proper permissions to the DB Login User that is used to connect from the Traveler Server.
