How do I see my calendar entries?
HCL Verse for Apple devices lets you see and access all your upcoming calendar entries in a quick and visual way.
Press the Calendar button to show all your event information. Your current day and all its events now display.
You can switch views by tapping the arrow next to the name of the view in the Calendar (Agenda, Week, and so on). A dropdown menu appears, allowing you to choose from Day and Agenda views on an iPhone, and Day, Agenda, Week, Month views on an iPad.
On the Day and Agenda view, the bar at the top shows the current week. Tap on any day to show the events for that day. You can scroll through your calendar a week at a time by swiping left and right on the bar. Tap the Month and Year at the top of the display to reveal the entire month. You can then move through the next or previous months by tapping the arrows to the right or left. Tap the Year to easily jump between months and navigate to the next or previous years. Tap Month to return to the full month again. Tap anywhere outside the pop over to close it. At any time, hit the Today icon to return to the current day, then tap it again to show the current time.
On an iPad, selecting the Week view displays the entire week in a day/time grid. Selecting any event in the view opens an Event Details view to the left of the week view. Selecting the Month view shows a view of the entire month. Every day in the month view shows your events for that day. Tapping any day in the month view will open the Agenda view for that day to the left of the month view. Tapping an event in the agenda view will then open the Event details for that event.
Press any event on the screen to get more information about it. You'll see all the information you're used to, such as meeting details, invitee status (if you're the meeting chair), and location information. If the meeting has an online meeting room associated with it, you can even join the meeting right from your screen by tapping Join Meeting.
