Using HCL Traveler for Microsoft Outlook FAQ
With the HTMO 3.0.0 release, we changed the name of IBM mail support for Microsoft Outlook (IMSMO) to HCL Traveler for Microsoft Outlook (HTMO). HCL Traveler for Microsoft™ Outlook (HTMO) provides you with Mail, Calendar, and Contacts features so that you can work with your HCL Domino mail directly in your Microsoft Outlook interface.

The mail file size limit is referred to as the mail quota.

Seeing how close your mail file is to the size limit

The mail file size limit is referred to as the mail quota.

Procedure

From Microsoft™ Outlook, click File and then click HCL Traveler.
Click Quota to see how close your mail file size is to the quota.

What to do next

If your mail file size does approach the quota, delete messages to free up space so that messages can continue to be delivered.
