The agent communication service could not start. This service is a lightweight web server that agents use to communicate with the workbench and to serve web reports. Typically, this error occurs when a server process on the workbench computer is listening on the same port that HCL OneTest™ Performance requires. This error can also occur when two instances of HCL OneTest™ Performance run on the same workbench.
If multiple instances of the HCL OneTest™ Performance workbench are running on the same computer, close all but one instance. These instances include HCL OneTest™ Performance workbenches that are running on multiple user desktop systems. If the error message RPTS1002E_PORTS_CONSUMED is also displayed in the error log, see the message for that error. After the error is resolved, restart HCL OneTest™ Performance.
