Changing the audit error mode
About this task
As Overview of auditing with the HCL OneDB secure auditing facility and Setting the error mode explain, the database server behaves in one of three ways if it encounters an error when it writes to the current audit file.
To change the audit error mode:
Procedure
Use the onaudit utility.
The following example directs the database server to suspend processing of the current thread and continue the write attempt until it succeeds:
onaudit -e 1
