Configuring

To use with HCL® OneDB® databases, you must install and configure the Tivoli® Storage Manager client on your database server computer and Tivoli Storage Manager on your storage computer.

You must also configure HCL OneDB Interface for and perform other configuration tasks on your HCL OneDB database server computer.

To configure :

  1. Edit the client options files.
  2. Assign a management class for the server to use for backups.
  3. Set the HCL OneDB Interface for environment variables.
  4. Register with the server.
  5. Initialize the HCL OneDB Interface for .
  6. Optional. Configure ON-Bar to support optional features.

The version of the XBSA shared library for is 1.0.3.
