Durch das Sperren Ihrer HCL Notes® - ID wird verhindert, dass andere Notes® verwenden, wenn Sie nicht an Ihrem Computer sind. Durch das Sperren Ihrer ID werden Ihre Notes® - Anmeldeinformationen gelöscht und alle Verbindungen zu Notes® - Servern werden unterbrochen. Sie müssen sich erneut anmelden, um neue Aktionen mit Notes® durchführen zu können.

CAUTION: Locking your Notes® ID does not clear or block your computer screen. You and
anyone else can still see the applications that were open when your Notes® ID was locked.
Locking your Notes® ID does not affect your HCL Sametime® or Activities connections.

- Klicken Sie auf (Benutzer von Macintosh OS X: ).
- Klicken Sie auf Sicherheitsgrundlagen.
- Under Logout Settings, select Automatically lock my Notes ID after 90 minutes and enter the number of minutes of inactivity that should go by before Notes® locks your ID.
