尋找您信任的Notes ®和 Internet 憑證

您可以檢查您的聯絡人和 HCL Domino ®目錄，以尋找屬於特定人員的所有憑證。例如，您可能想要向公司的同事發送加密的郵件。若要成功傳送加密郵件，HCL Notes ®必須能夠找到您同事的憑證。如果您不確定Notes ®是否能找到同事的證書或您是否信任該人的證書，您可以檢查屬於您同事的證書。

使用某人的姓名查找其證書

選擇“研究目錄和地址簿中的姓名”，然後執行下列其中一項操作：

在「Internet 電子郵件或Notes ®姓名」欄位中輸入要搜尋的個人或群組的姓名。如果輸入群組名稱，則會顯示該群組中擁有憑證的所有人員。您可以輸入以下任一名稱變體。

Click the person icon next to the "Internet email or Notes® name" field, choose an address book you want to search from the "Choose address book" list, and then enter the last name of the person you are looking for in the "Find names starting with" field.

Click the "Research name" button. Notes® displays all certificates belonging to the person you are researching. If you trust a particular certificate (usually this means you have a corresponding cross certificate in your Contacts), the certificate has a check mark next to it under the Trust column.

Select "Show all in your address book." Notes® displays all certificates found in your address book for people and services. If Notes® can't find the certificates you need, you can browse other address books by selecting the specific address book from a list.
