샘플 에이전트: 문서 상태 변경
읽은 문서 상태를 읽지 않음으로 변경하려면 에이전트를 이용하세요.

다니엘 피터슨은 HCL Notes® 에서 초안 문서를 작업해 왔으며, 완료될 때까지 쉽게 추적할 수 있도록 해당 문서를 '읽지 않음' 상태로 유지하려고 합니다. 이 에이전트는 매일 업무가 끝나면 초안 문서의 상태를 '읽지 않음'으로 변경합니다. 이렇게 하려면 다음 단계를 완료하세요.
절차
- 메일 애플리케이션을 열고 클릭하세요. > 대리인 .
- In the Agent Properties box, enter Draft documents - change status in the Name field under the Basics tab.
- 트리거 섹션에서 일정대로 를 선택한 다음 목록에서 매일을 선택합니다.
- 확인을 클릭하여 대화 상자를 닫습니다.
- 대상에서 모든 새 문서 및 수정된 문서를 선택한 다음 에이전트 속성 상자를 닫습니다.
- In the Programmer's pane, click the Objects tab in the Info List section, and then select Document Selection from the list of objects.
- Click Add Condition to open the Add Condition dialog box, and then select the condition By Author.
- Select is any of in the field under Search for documents whose Author.
- Enter Daniel Peterson in the Name field,
and then click Add to add the condition to
the agent and close the dialog box.참고: 여러 이름을 입력할 수 있습니다. 쉼표로 구분하세요. 사용자의 계층적 이름(예: Mary Sen/Development/Acme)을 알고 있는 경우 계층적 이름을 입력하세요. 이름의 철자가 확실하지 않으면 사람 아이콘을 클릭하여 연락처 목록에서 사람 이름을 찾아보세요.
- Click the Objects tab in the Info List, then select Action from the list of objects.
- Click Add Action.
- Select Mark Document Unread in the Action field.
- Click Add to add the action to the agent and close the dialog box.
- 클릭하여 애플리케이션에 에이전트를 저장합니다.
