Calendar improvements

Notes 12 provides the following Calendar capabilities:
  • Invite other users to meetings created by an external mail user, such as Outlook. Click Invite Others… within a mail invitation for your options.
    For more information, see Calendar quick reference.
    Note: This feature requires the mail12.ntf template design. To view template changes after upgrading, restart your Notes client.


  • Improved rendering of Microsoft Teams invitations.

    When you click on a Team invitation link, Notes redirects you to the Microsoft teams Web App or application if you have already installed it.

  • Improved Calendar interface. For more information, see Visual improvements.
