How can I create a blog comment?
You can participate in discussions from your blog application by adding comments. Each content document that exists in a blog has its own set of comments.
About this task
You use a Comment document to add comments to a content entry or another comment.
Procedure
- Open your blog application (myblog.nsf, for example).
- Do one of the following:

A posted document
- Click the Posts view.
- Select a post, and then click New Comment.
A comment document
- Click the Comments view.
- Select a comment, and then click Respond.
- The new Comment document includes the following information.

Description and actions
Name
The name of the person who created the post on which you are commenting. Not editable
Email
The email address of the person who created the post or comment you are commenting on (if this information is included in the person's User Profile document).
Click the link to send a message to the author of the post or comment.
Website
The website of the person who created the post or comment you are commenting on (if this information is included in the person's User Profile document).
Click the link to view the website
Subject
Type a subject for your comment.
Note: If you do not type a subject here, the comment will have the same subject as the post. - Optional: Click Show Advanced to view additional information.
- Type your comment in the space provided.
- Click Save and Post or Save as Draft.
