Solution

  1. Open HCL IEM Web URL and login with Admin credentials.
  2. Create Alert Closure Configuration rule
  3. Click the customer onboard section, for particular customer click on the customer action edit section. Click on the Alert Closure Configuration page.
  4. Click + New

  5. Following window will be opened
  6. Enter Rule Name in alphanumeric without space and duration in minutes
  7. Add filter by selecting field name, operator and put filter value
  8. Click Submit
  9. Success message will be shown and will redirect to alert closure page.
