Solution

  1. Open HCL IEM Web URL and login with Admin credentials.

    Create Service Hierarchy

  2. Click the customer onboard section, for customers click on the customer action edit section. Click on the Service Hierarchy page.
  3. Click + New Service Hierarchy. This opens the following popup.

  4. Enter the service name, description and click on the yes or no for the HA (High Availability) and DR (Disaster Recovery).
  5. Click on Submit.
  6. On successful addition, a prompt is displayed.
  7. Click Ok. A newly created service appears in the grid as shown.
