Solution

  1. Open HCL IEM Web URL and login with Admin credentials.

    Create Topology
  2. Click the customer onboard section, for customers click on the customer action edit section. Click on the Topology page.
  3. Click + New Topology Data Button.

  4. This opens the following popup.

  5. Select the entity and its parent entity from the dropdowns.
  6. Click on Submit.
  7. On successful addition a prompt is displayed.
  8. Click Ok. The relationship data appears in the grid as shown.
