Client requirements
Make sure that your computer complies with the system requirements to use HCL Traveler for Microsoft™ Outlook. In addition, make sure that you set required settings in Microsoft™ Outlook and HCL Notes®.
System requirements
One of the following versions of Microsoft Outlook and a Microsoft Windows x86
release that supports it:
- Microsoft™ Outlook 2013 (32-bit or 64-bit), with the latest Microsoft Office service pack.
- Microsoft™ Outlook 2016 (32-bit or 64-bit), with the latest Microsoft Office service pack.
- Microsoft™ Outlook 2019 (32-bit or 64-bit), with the latest Microsoft Office service pack.
- Microsoft™ Outlook 2021 (32-bit or 64-bit), with the latest Microsoft Office service pack.
- Microsoft™ Outlook for Microsoft
365, with the latest service pack.Note: The web interface of Office365 is not supported. HCL supports the installed version of Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365.

The following table describes the Notes® settings that are required for correct operation of HCL Traveler for Microsoft™ Outlook.
