Supported migration scenarios

This migration procedure is designed to support two primary scenarios:

Product version upgrades: Moving from an older version of the product to a newer Link/HIP release. For example, upgrading to Link 1.3.2 upgrades the default MongoDB version from 4.0.5 to 8.2.3.
Database security Upgrades: Upgrading to a higher version of MongoDB while remaining on the same Link/HIP version. This is often required to address newly reported security vulnerabilities (for example, upgrading MongoDB from version 8.2.3 to 8.2.6).
