Starting 15.0.1.0, Actian provides fulfillment letters as part of the purchase and/or renewal process, with a link to the License Key Manager (online license management tool) to generate license keys valid for the contracted subscription duration. You will generate new licenses for subsequent subscription renewal periods. Licenses will expire at the end of a subscription period, so it is imperative to work with your sales account manager to append or replace expiring licenses each renewal cycle.
