This release introduces the following security improvements and platform updates in HCL Local License Server (LLS) 5.4.1.

Security Improvements

Standardized HTTP responses across all APIs by using a consistent JSON response and error response format.
Applied common HTTP response headers across all API endpoints, including the following security headers to improve the overall security posture:
- X-Content-Type-Options
- Referrer-Policy
- Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy
- Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy
- Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy
- Strict-Transport-Security (for HTTPS)

Upgraded the Go runtime and aligned all required dependencies and packages with the supported Go version used by the project to ensure consistency across application and container builds.
