This release addresses the following features, enhancements and critical issues.
This release includes a signed executable using a trusted certificate, significantly enhancing software integrity and improving resilience against false-positive detections by antivirus engines. There are no other new modifications.
SELinux Support
LLS can now run on Linux with SELinux in enforcing mode.
Service Control
On Windows, added ability to gracefully start, stop, and restart services.
Fingerprint Integration
Fingerprint generation is now part of the installation flow, eliminating the pre-installation step.This avoids repeated PORT number input and reduces configuration errors.
Enhanced TLS Security Configuration
Flexibility to configure TLS mode based on customer requirements, with support for TLS 1.3 and TLS 1.2 for backward compatibility.
Updated Health API
LLS Health API now uses ISO8601 timestamp format.
Improved Error Logging
Enhanced logging during TLS certificate update operations covering the certificate expiry information for better traceability.
iPv6 Support
LLS supports both IPv4 and IPv6 on Windows and Linux.
Bugs Resolved
- Resolved issue where service did not start automatically on Linux reboot.
- Fixed errors encountered when updating expired TLS certificates via the update script.
