Adding a group of servers to the Send menu

If you frequently use the Domino® Administrator console to send a command to a particular group of servers, add the group to the Send menu.

Procedure

1. From the Domino® Administrator, select Server > Status.
2. Click Server Console.
3. Select the Send > Server Groups.
4. To add a group you created previously during the process of sending a command, click Add Private, select the group, and click Add.
5. To add a group from the Domino® Directory, click Add Public, select the group, and click Add. You can add only groups in the Domino® Directory that are defined as the group type Servers only.
6. Click Save.

Results

The group now shows in the Send menu.
