New methods for named documents

New methods are provided with the Database class to create and manage a new type of document referred to as a named document.

A named document has a name rather than a NoteID and does not appear in the Notes client or in any view. A named document is designed for programmatic access and is a functional replacement for profile documents which have been used previously.
