      The NotesIDVault class is a representation of the secure storage facility for UserIDs that may be configured for Domino by policy. IDs are stored there to allow for easier management by administrators and users. IDs from more than one server may be stored within an IDVault. The NotesIDVault class provides methods to access UserID files, UserID objects, query the presence of an ID in the vault, sycnronise copies of IDs, and reset passwords. The NotesIDVault class can be used to access UserID objects or files. These can be used to accomplish the encryption or decryption of Documents while running on the server .
    - NotesInternational (LotusScript®)
      Represents the international settings in the operating environment, for example, the Windows™ Control Panel international settings. When any of these settings is changed in the operating environment, Domino® recognizes the new settings immediately.

ConvertToZone (NotesDateTime - LotusScript®)

Changes the TimeZone and IsDST properties as specified.

Call notesDateTime .ConvertToZone( newzone , dst )

Parameters

newzone

Integer. A time zone. Could be negative.

dst

Boolean. Indicates whether daylight-saving time is in effect (True) or not (False) in the new time zone.

Usage

These changes also affect the ZoneTime property.

These changes do not affect the GMTTime and the LocalTime properties.

This method has no effect on an invalid TimeZone (because the DateTime object lacks the date or the time). The invalid TimeZone continues to return 0.

CAUTION: This method uses the daylight saving time rules of the zone being converted from, not the zone being converted to.

Daylight saving time is a world-wide practice of decreasing energy consumption by adjusting clocks forward an hour, changing the offset from GMT. The TimeZone property indicates the base offset from GMT. For example, standard time in New York City is GMT -5, but when daylight savings is in effect, New York City is GMT -4.
