To prevent a file resource from being refreshed

When you have edited a file resource and do not want to save the changes, do not refresh it. You can identify a file resource that has been edited but not yet refreshed because the filename is preceded by a refresh icon In the files work pane design element list.

To prevent a file resource from being refreshed, In the File Design properties, make sure the "Prohibit design refresh or replace to modify" check box is selected on the file Design properties tab.
