markUnread (Document - Java™)

Marks the document as unread.

Note: This method is new with Release 8.

Syntax

public void markUnread([String username])
    throws NotesException

Parameters

String username

Optional. If present the method marks the document unread on behalf of the given name. If omitted, the method marks the document unread on behalf of the current user ID.

Usage

If the database does not track unread marks, all documents are considered read, and this method has no effect.
