Uninstalling Agent in the console mode
When you no longer want to use HCL OneTest™ Performance Agent installed on Ubuntu or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating system, you can uninstall HCL OneTest™ Performance Agent in the console mode.
Before you begin
You must be a root user.
Warning: Ensure to close the browsers and other
applications that are enabled by HCL OneTest™
Performance Agent. If they are not closed, you cannot proceed with the uninstallation of
HCL OneTest™
Performance Agent.
Procedure

Open a terminal and change the current directory to the installation directory
by using the following command:
cd <directory path>/<installation folder>/Uninstall
For example, cd /opt/HCL/OneTest-UI/Uninstall

Enter the following command to uninstall HCL OneTest™
Performance Agent:
./Uninstall-HCL-OneTest-UI -uninstall -i console
- Read the details about the uninstallation process, and then press Enter.

Exit the console mode by pressing Enter after HCL OneTest™
Performance Agent is uninstalled.
HCL OneTest™ Performance Agent is uninstalled.
What to do next
After you uninstall the product, you can reinstall HCL OneTest™ Performance Agent. See Installing the product in the console mode.
You can proceed to reinstall HCL OneTest™
Performance Agent for any of the following reasons:
- To upgrade HCL OneTest™ Performance Agent to the latest version.
- To reinstall HCL OneTest™ Performance Agent if an installation was not successful.
