- Installation of DevOps Test Hub
  To get started working with HCL DevOps Test Hub (Test Hub), you must first install Test Hub.
- DevOps Test Hub upgrade methods
  When you want to use the enhanced functionalities of HCL DevOps Test Hub (Test Hub), you must upgrade Test Hub to the latest version.
- Migration of user data
  You can find information about the migration limitations and methods when you want to migrate data such as projects, test resources, configuration details of integrated applications, and so on. You can migrate data that is generated in an earlier version of HCL DevOps Test Hub (Test Hub) after you upgrade to or install the latest version, and then use that data in the latest version.
- Backup and restoration of the DevOps Test Hub data
  You must back up HCL DevOps Test Hub (Test Hub) data before you uninstall the current version of Test Hub or upgrade to the latest version. You must back up the data to avoid data loss or inaccessibility of data.

Viewing resource usage statistics

You can view statistics about the resource usage to monitor and optimize the retention of results.

Before you begin

You must have been assigned the Team Space Owner role in Test Hub.

About this task

When the server runs low on resources, it is difficult to identify which projects are consuming the most resources. This information is accessible to admins at the team space level to make informed decisions about the projects that can be pruned.

Procedure

Log in to Test Hub.

The Projects page of the initial team space is displayed.
Click Manage > Resources.

The Resources page is displayed.

Click the Statistics tab.

The Statistics table is displayed with the following details.


Statistics details	Description
Project	The name of the project.
Archive status	Shows whether the project is currently active or archived.
Users	The number of users associated with the project.
Results	The size of the results stored for the project (For example: KB, MB).
Last Result	The date and time of the most recent test result.
Last Repository Modification	The date and time when the project repository was last modified.

You can sort the table by any column by clicking the column headers so that you can quickly identify projects that consume the most resources or have the most recent activity.

Results

You have viewed detailed resource usage statistics for projects in the team space.
