Creating a database connection

Procedure

To create a database connection to the DevOps Plan application using the DevOps Plan Maintenance Tool:
  1. Get the connection properties details from the DevOps Plan application.
    1. In the DevOps Plan application and click My Applications.
    2. Click Tenant Management.
    3. Select the teamspace.
    4. In the Details tab, select the Show connection properties toggle button to view the connection properties details.
  2. Start the DevOps Plan Maintenance Tool and create a new connection.
    1. Click Connection > New.
    2. Enter the name for the connection.
    3. In the Schema Repository Properties section, select Vendor as POSTGRESQL.
    4. Enter the same values that are in the DevOps Plan connection properties.
    5. Click Finish.
  3. Start the DevOps Plan Designer and make changes to the newly configured workflow.
    1. In the DevOps Plan Designer, select the connection that you created in Step 2.
    2. Log in to the schema to view or modify the workflow.
