If you are a first-time user, you must sign up or create a tenant. You can sign up by using either your email address or your existing Google or Microsoft account. A tenant is an organization or a business that signs up to use the environment.

The user who creates the tenant is the first owner. This owner can add more owners and admins and change tenant details. Both admins and owners can create new "teamspaces" and applications.

A teamspace is an area in a tenant where users can create individual spaces, each with its own business workflows and users. Teamspaces streamline teamwork and help to ensure that all required resources and communications are centralized.

Each teamspace can host multiple applications. In a teamspace, an application is an integrated business workflow that enhances collaboration and productivity. The application name is used as a prefix to the application's unique identifiers. For example, application "ABC" will have identifiers ABC0001, ABC0002, and so on.
