Dashboards and insights

The dashboard consolidates data from all capabilities, such as Plan, Code, Control, Build, Test, Release, and Deploy, by offering a centralized view of the status. Dashboards are available with both summary and detailed perspectives, and they filter information specific to each loop.

After you created a loop, five dashboards for each subscription tier are automatically provisioned and linked directly to the workspace of each loop. These dashboards are universally visible, irrespective of the user's licensing tier. You can see tier-specific differences in the dashboard because of the depth and variety of data sources through integrated applications for a specific tier. The default dashboards are preconfigured and available for immediate use.

For advanced analytics, DevOps Loop includes a milestone risk assessment feature, which requires an optional plug-in.

Dashboard types

You can view the following dashboards for each loop in your teamspace:

Dashboards Description
Overview The Overview dashboard provides a high-level summary of loop activity, including issues, team workload, test results, builds, deployments, and milestone risk.
Detailed The Detailed dashboard provides more granular insights, such as open issues, pull requests, build and deployment details, test metrics, and timeline performance.
Delivery The Delivery dashboard provides information about Lead Time, Cycle Time, Dev Cycle Time, Deployment Count, Throughput, Distribution, Flow Efficiency, Registered Customers, New Customer Registration, Customer NPS, Shopping Cart Conversions, Weekly Sales Total, Registered Partners, New Partner Registrations, Partner NPS, and Lead Time to Change.
Quality and Security The Quality and Security dashboard provides the information about Coverage by Branch, Coverage by Function, Coverage by Line, Static Code Analysis, Functional Tests, Unit Tests, API Tests, UI Tests, System Tests, Prod Incidents, Static Security Incidents, Dynamic Security Incidents, and Up Time.
Productivity The Productivity dashboard provides the information about the generative AI metrics, such as, Line Acceptance, User Adoption, Chat Events, Code Acceptance, and PR Events.

Data authorization

All the dashboard data is displayed based on your loop membership and access rights. You can only see information for loops in which you are a member, so that sensitive data remains secure and collaboration across teams stays controlled.
