HCL DevOps Loop is designed to support extensibility. You can accelerate your software development lifecycle processes by integrating it with HCLTech AI Force.

AI Force functions as a model-independent, agentic orchestration layer that augments the HCL DevSecOps Loop platform by automating complex, non-deterministic tasks across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). While HCL DevOps Loop manages procedural workloads and deterministic CI/CD pipelines, AI Force provides an "agentic wrapping" to handle modern, context-rich scenarios.

Key technical aspects include:

Contextual intelligence: AI Force integrates with lifecycle resources such as source code repositories (e.g., DevOps Control), requirements management tools (e.g., DevOps Plan), and communication logs to build a semantic knowledge graph. This enables developers to perform multi-artifact impact analysis and natural language querying across the delivery pipeline via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Autonomous workflows: AI Force provides pre-built, multi-agent use cases for high-to-low level SDLC functions, including automated code generation, unit test creation, and SQL summarization.
Agent governance and compliance (GRC): AI Force provides over 85 pre-configured evaluators to vet agents and prompts for factual correctness and hallucination, ensuring responsible AI deployment within the DevSecOps environment.
