Installing agent relay in an air-gapped environment

After preparing the required images in your air-gapped registry or offline storage, you can begin installing the agent relay in an air-gapped environment by using Helm.

Before you begin

You must have completed the following tasks:

Procedure

  1. In the relay-values-airgap.yaml file, specify the internal registry being used with values pointing to your airgap registry: 
    global:
      imageRegistry: "<your-private-registry>"
      externalImageRegistry: "<your-private-registry>"
      imagePullSecrets: []
                        
version: "8.2.2.0"
                        
      image:
      pullPolicy: Always
      secret: "privateregistry-secret"   # K8s secret for private registry auth
  2. Deploy via Helm with the air-gap values file. 
    helm install <release-name> . -f relay-values-airgap.yaml

Results

You have installed agent relay in the air-gapped environment.
