To set default actions for states
Procedure
- In the Rational® ClearQuest® Designer workspace, click Record Types > Activity > States and Actions to navigate to the record type state transition matrix.
- Double-click State Transition Matrix to display the matrix.
- Right-click the state column heading, and click Properties.
- Click Default Action. Before you can set default actions, you may need to add some actions to the record type.
- Double-click Actions.The Actions grid displays.
- Then click Edit > Add Action.
- Double-click Actions.
- Select the default action. Ensure that the default action requirements are met.
- Click File > Check In to check in the schema.
