clearmake makefiles and BOS files

The DevOps Code ClearCase® build program, clearmake, can process makefiles.

This is a discussion of differences and ClearCase extensions rather than a complete description of makefile syntax. You can also understand build option specification files (BOS files), which contain temporary macros and ClearCase special targets.
