To uninstall the HCL Connections™ Mail Plug-in, use IBM® Installation Manager. For IBM® i, uninstall manually.

Uninstalling on other supported platforms

Before you begin

Before uninstalling, you must stop the Connections Mail Plug-in application. Follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Websphere Application Server Integrated Solutions Console on the Deployment Manager.
  2. Select Applications > Application Types > Websphere enterprise applications.
  3. Select Common and click Stop.

Procedure

  1. Open Installation Manager.
  2. Click Uninstall.
  3. Select IBM Connections Mail, and then click Next.
  4. Click Uninstall.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. Stop and restart the deployment manager, the node, and all Connections servers manually.
