GetQueryDefByDbId
Description
Returns the QueryDef object associated with the specified workspace query. This method is the same as GetQueryDef, except the lookup is by DBID.
Note: You must call SetSession on the Workspace
object before calling GetQueryDef, if you have not created a Session
object.
