GetDefaultActionName
Description
Returns the default action name associated with the current state.
This method allows you to get the default action for the specified record.
Whereas this method returns the default action name associated
with the current state, GetActionDestStateName returns
the destination state name associated with the current action.

- An Entity object representing a user data record. Inside a hook, if you omit this part of the syntax, the Entity object corresponding to the current data record is assumed (VBScript only).
