GetPerlReturnStringMode

Description

Returns the return string mode for how Strings are returned for Perl hooks and scripts. Returns either $CQPerlExt::CQ_RETURN_STRING_UNICODE or $CQPerlExt::CQ_RETURN_STRING_LOCAL.
