Finding returns
Use the HCL Commerce Accelerator to find returns.
Procedure
- Open HCL Commerce Accelerator
- Open the Search dialog:
- Click
- Click
- Provide at least one of the following return information.
At least one field must be specified.
Option Description Return number Type the return number, which uniquely identifies the return. Order number Type the order number that contains the product to return, which uniquely identifies the order. Originator logon ID The store logon ID for the customer who originated the return.
The logon ID for the person who originated the return. Depending on the access control policies that are implemented, another individual might have the authority to change or request changes to the return. This individual is not the originator of the return, but might need to specify the originator logon ID when you request an update at the store. For example, if an employee of IBM might create the original return, but the employee's manager might contact the store to change the return. To locate this return, the store might request the originator's logon ID.
Contract name From the list, select the name of the contract. A contract stipulates the terms for the customer to shop at the store. Return status Select the status of the return, such as pending or canceled. Note: The system performs a fuzzy search based on the originator logon ID provided, and an exact search based on the values that are provided for all other fields on this dialog. - Click Find. The system performs a search and a list of returns that match the search criteria is displayed.
