Submit new Ideas - Aha Portal

We know that great ideas can come from anywhere at any time. In the spirit of improved collaboration and transparency, we have the new HCL Commerce Ideas Portal. Through this channel, you have the opportunity to submit ideas for the HCL Commerce solution and vote on those submitted by others. The more popular the idea, the more likely it will make it onto our roadmap and eventually into HCL Commerce. Access the Management Center to submit and view the new ideas.

Before you begin

You can access the portal directly through the URL at Product Ideas Portal or, for your convenience, we have provided a link in the Management Center that will launch the portal for you. To open the portal through Management Center, follow the steps below:

Procedure

  1. Open Management Center Tools.
  2. From hamburger menu, go to Click here to submit an Idea. This will redirect you to the HCL Commerce's Product Ideas Portal.
  3. You will require an account for this portal. If you do not have one, you can create one by clicking on Sign up.
    Note: This portal is restricted to HCL Commerce customers and partners. Hence, only email addresses from HCL Commerce customer or partner domain will be accepted. Use your corporate email address to register, as personal email addresses will be rejected.
  4. Provide the necessary details and create an account to access the Aha portal and to submit an idea.

    All the information related to HCL Commerce customer and partner email domain is added in the whitelist for this portal. However, if yours was missed, you will get an error when you attempt to register. In this case, please reach out to your HCL Commerce contact in sales, your technical advisor, or the HCL Commerce support team to get your domain added to the list.
