extends com.ibm.commerce.command.ControllerCommand
    This contract controller command is used to deploy a contract to the target store. if the target store ID is provided after the contract is approved(WebSphere Commerce Enterprise only).

    The default implementation of this command is ContractSubmitPostApprovalCmdImpl. The ContractSubmitPostApprovalURL URL is mapped to this command by default.
