Observed behavior
A marketing dialog activity which specifies a recurring order event trigger that applies to orders of \"any\" value cannot be activated in Management Center.
Expected behavior
There is a Management Center UI defect that prevents this particular type of of dialog activity from being activated.
Resolution
The code has been updated to ensure that marketing dialog activities leveraging the recurring order event trigger can be saved and activated.
