Observed behavior
Some version 8 customers who are using a regular staging runtime environment are finding later they want to have an authoring environment (workspaces enabled), but are unable to do so without a documented process.
Expected behavior
A documented process is needed for customers to follow to convert their environment from a simple staging environment to an authoring environment.
