Observed behavior
Error CWXFR0222E Partial authentication not allowed for the current request on rest calls appears in response to rest calls.
Expected behavior
A previous fix (JR59687) contained a defect in the handling of extension patterns over the base patterns when it was changed from a List to a Map.
Resolution
The error introduced in ifix JR59687 was corrected in this fixpack by processing the extensions first, then additional logic to ensure the OOB patterns did not replace the extensions.
