This table defines the range of key values for all
tables that require a unique key.
Column Descriptions:

| COUNTER | BIGINT NOT NULL | The next starting key value to be fetched by the
server from the database. |
| PREFETCHSIZE | BIGINT DEFAULT 20 | The size of the block of keys prefetched by the
server. |
| LOWERBOUND | BIGINT DEFAULT 0 | The lower bound of the range of key values
available for this table. |
| UPPERBOUND | BIGINT DEFAULT 2147483648 | The upper bound of the range of valid key values
for this table. |
| NONSEQUENTIAL | CHAR (1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' | Reserved for IBM internal use. |
| MULTIPLIER | BIGINT NOT NULL DEFAULT 1048576 | Reserved for IBM internal use. |
| OPTCOUNTER | SMALLINT | The optimistic concurrency control counter for
the table. Every time there is an update to the table, the counter
is incremented. |
